This Shipping & Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) governs the transport and delivery of vehicles purchased from Kei Dump Trucks (“Kei Dump Trucks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Keidumptrucks.com (the “Site”). By completing a purchase, you (“you” or the “Buyer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out below.

1. Delivery Options

Kei Dump Trucks offers the following delivery methods, subject to availability for the Buyer’s location:

  • Door-to-door transport — the vehicle is transported by a professional carrier directly to the address provided by the Buyer.
  • Local pickup — the Buyer may collect the vehicle in person by prior arrangement.

The available options and applicable details will be confirmed at the time of sale.

2. Transport Providers

Vehicle transport is arranged through independent, third-party carriers. While we coordinate transport on the Buyer’s behalf and select reputable carriers, the transport itself is performed by these providers and is subject to their schedules and terms.

3. Shipping Quotes and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis and depend primarily on the delivery distance and the transport option selected. A shipping quote will be provided prior to or at the time of sale. Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges are separate from the vehicle purchase price.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery timeframe provided by Kei Dump Trucks is a good-faith estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Transit times may be affected by distance, carrier scheduling, weather, and other factors outside our control. We will keep the Buyer informed of the expected delivery window and any material changes to it.

5. Inspection on Delivery

The Buyer, or the Buyer’s authorized representative, should be present at delivery to inspect the vehicle upon arrival. The Buyer is responsible for noting any transport-related damage on the carrier’s delivery documentation at the time of receipt. Documenting damage at delivery is important, as it may be required to support any subsequent claim.

6. Transit Damage Claims

Any damage arising during transport is the responsibility of the transport carrier and is handled through the carrier’s claims process. Kei Dump Trucks will reasonably assist the Buyer in initiating and pursuing such a claim; however, we are not liable for damage caused by third-party carriers during transit.

7. Delivery Address

The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and for ensuring the location is accessible to the transport carrier. Additional charges may apply where redelivery is required due to an incorrect address, an inaccessible location, or the unavailability of the Buyer at the arranged delivery time.
