This policy explains our terms for returns, refunds, and deposits at Kei Dump Trucks (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing a deposit or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Vehicles are sold as-is

Our trucks are used, imported vehicles sold as-is, with no warranty unless stated in writing for a specific truck. We describe and photograph each truck honestly, and we encourage you to ask questions and request additional photos or video before you buy. Once a sale is complete, it is final.

Deposits

To hold a truck, we take a deposit that reserves it and removes it from availability to other buyers.

Deposits are refundable within 48 hours

If we are unable to complete a sale for a reason on our end, your deposit is refunded in full.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel before delivery, contact us as soon as possible. Any refund of amounts already paid is handled according to the deposit terms above and the stage of your order.

Delivery and transit damage

If your truck is delivered by a transport carrier, please inspect it on arrival and note any transport damage on the delivery paperwork. Transit-related claims are handled through the carrier; we’ll help you with the process.
