This Deposit & Reservation Policy (the “Policy”) governs the reservation of vehicles offered for sale by Kei Dump Trucks (“Kei Dump Trucks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Keidumptrucks.com (the “Site”). By submitting a deposit, you (“you” or the “Buyer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Purpose of a Deposit

Each vehicle offered by Kei Dump Trucks is a unique, individually sourced used vehicle. A deposit secures a specific vehicle for the Buyer and removes that vehicle from public availability, ensuring it is not offered or sold to any other party while the transaction is being finalized. A deposit reflects the Buyer’s good-faith intent to complete the purchase.

2. Placing a Deposit

A reservation is created once Kei Dump Trucks receives and confirms the Buyer’s deposit. Upon confirmation, we will identify the reserved vehicle by its listing details and LOT number and hold it exclusively for the Buyer while the transaction proceeds. Deposits may be submitted using the payment methods communicated by Kei Dump Trucks at the time of reservation.

3. Deposit Amount

The deposit amount is 10% and is credited in full toward the final purchase price of the reserved vehicle. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery in accordance with the terms provided at the time of sale.

4. Refundable Deposit

Deposits collected by Kei Dump Trucks are fully refundable. Should the Buyer elect not to proceed with a purchase for any reason, the Buyer may request a refund of the deposit in full. Kei Dump Trucks will not retain any portion of a refundable deposit as a penalty or fee.

5. Refund Processing

Upon receipt of a refund request, Kei Dump Trucks will process the refund within forty-eight (48) hours. Refunds are issued to the Buyer’s original method of payment. Please note that, while we process refunds within this timeframe, the time required for funds to appear in the Buyer’s account may vary depending on the Buyer’s financial institution or payment provider.

6. Reservations Voided by Kei Dump Trucks

In the event that Kei Dump Trucks is unable to complete a sale for any reason attributable to us, the reservation will be voided and the Buyer’s deposit refunded in full, subject to the same 48-hour processing standard set out in Section 5.

7. Completing the Purchase

Following confirmation of a deposit, Kei Dump Trucks will coordinate with the Buyer to verify vehicle details, prepare the applicable documentation, arrange payment of the outstanding balance, and schedule delivery. The reserved vehicle will remain held for the Buyer throughout this process.
